It is located in the beautiful coastal city of Taizhou, in the middle of the Zhejiang coastal area, and belongs to the southern wing of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone. The company's plant area exceeds 1,500 square meters, with a research and development and production team of more than 20 people, equipped with 17 various machines and equipment, 1 finished product production slicing line, and 5 various testing equipment, with an annual output value of more than 50 million yuan.
Our products cover a variety of polymer materials, including XPE, IXPE, PE, EVA, CR, NBR, SBR, NKR, EB, PU, EPDM, etc. We focus on carbon dioxide foaming technology and produce foaming materials such as TPO-P, TPO-E, TPO-EE, TPO-eco, TPEE, SEBS, MPP, NPE, MTPEE and MPBAT. Our products mainly include various types of bottle cap gaskets, drain gaskets, faucet gaskets, toilet pads, buffer anti-vibration pads and other packaging products, as well as EVA flat-seam oil pan pads and self-adhesive gaskets. In addition, we also produce Wanyongbao triangles and Wanyongbao abrasives. Since 90% of the raw materials are self-produced, we can better guarantee the quality of our products. Our sales and service network has covered many Southeast Asian countries such as Sweden, the United States, Italy, and the United Kingdom.
In 2015, the company purchased advanced equipment such as die-cutting machines, slitting and composite winding, and gradually expanded the production scale. The number of employees increased year by year, and the production structure began to develop towards standardization and integration. At the end of the same year, we began to contact international customers, marking the company's first step in internationalization.
Looking forward to 2023, we will introduce a batch of advanced equipment and technical talents to further expand the international market. Thanks to convenient transportation conditions, we are only 10 kilometers away from the port, adjacent to the airport, and National Highway 104 and the coastal expressway pass through. The entire line of the Ningbo-Taizhou-Wenzhou high-speed railway passes through. Taizhou has initially formed a three-dimensional transportation network by sea, land and air, realizing a 1-hour traffic circle throughout the city, greatly shortening the distance with the Yangtze River Delta and other large and medium-sized cities, and becoming an important base for manufacturing.
